Evaluation of Soil Services, NSW Office of Environment and Heritage (2012)

The purpose of this project was to undertake an independent evaluation of the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage`s (OEH’s) soil science and information services in order to identify and assess soil science and information needs; identify OEH’s role in contributing to NSW Government soil science and information objectives; assess the efficiency and effectiveness of OEH’s soil science and information services and identify options to improve delivery; recommend reprioritisation of services and resources; identify strategies for OEH soil science and information services to deliver identified needs; provide recommendations on options for external cost recovery; and Recommend Key Performance Indicators to measure service delivery. The project was completed by Sandy Booth, Graeme Collier, Sue Funnell and Michael Clarke.
