Maningrida Small Business Development Strategy (2010)
Indigenous Business Australia engaged Janet Mackay and subcontractor Michael Clarke to prepare and implement a strategy to establish and mentor Indigenous people in their own businesses in East Arnhem Land. The project included assessment of the enterprise idea, client screening, reality testing, implementing simple business structures and processes and providing ongoing support. Michael Clarke worked with businesses interested in establishing tyre repair, takeaway food, screen door and fishing businesses.
