The project included (1) the application of economic principles to identify public good red meat and livestock investment; (2) assembly of data on changes in investment over time; and (3) comparison of Australian public sector investment in the red meat and livestock industry with international competitors using OECD data. Project completed by Michael Clarke and Dr Cheryl Kalisch-Gordon.
