Red Meat Processing Industry Capability Assessment (2015)

Study completed for the Australian Meat Processor Corporation (AMPC) by ProAnd Associates. Study profiled more than 70 researchers in 20 university faculties, CSIRO flagships and state government departments as well as 30 individuals in 20 meat processing companies to determine the depth and breadth of RD&E capability consistent with AMPC RD&E priorities. Caps in capacity were identified and recommendation prepared to ensure delivery of the industry plan. Study prepared by Winifred Perkins, Michael Clarke, Vivienne Todd and Vicki Fraser.
