Visitor Centre Business Plan – Blue Mountains National Park (2006)
A business plan was prepared for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) proposed World Heritage Area Visitor Centre at Bilpin in the Blue Mountains. The business plan included a review of the proposed centre, a financial analysis of three funding models, an action plan and recommendations to manage project risk.
