Vital Wheat Gluten Market (2015)

This project required analysis of Australian vital wheat gluten businesses and their production drivers to determine likely strategic responses to investment in new production capacity. Research included business production mix, product quality, drivers of processing volumes and vital wheat gluten output, specific market factors for main line of business, impact of government policies, types of vital wheat gluten sold, target markets, and the general trajectory of future production. The project was completed by Vivienne Todd and Michael Clarke.
